Joe Quinata, our Regional Sales Contact, was very informative and helpful with his knowledge of the NotifyLink Mobility Solution. To this day he's my go-to guy for any questions or help with additional licensing. While we were going through our evaluation process I never once felt rushed, or pressured to purchase anything I didn't want to. There might be some interest from users who will want to have the same capabilities as the active sync win mobile phones.
We have suggested this as way to use blackberry with our system, and we plan assist any user who wants to make the purchase.  I was only testing it on my personal phone for the company since I was the only person in the IT department with a blackberry.  I loved the product, but I have an iphone as my work phone already.  The product itself worked flawlessly and I have suggested to many of our user as a option if they want to keep their blackberry as their workphone.

I work at Sun Microsystems, Inc. and was traveling this week and not receiving emails on my blackberry.  I was on the road so I called your company and was transferred to Rick Preece. I cannot begin to tell you what a terrific customer experience I had with Rick!  He was able to diagnose the problem and resolve it within just a few minutes.  He stayed on the line with me to ensure my emails, contacts, addresses, etc. were downloading properly.  His technical expertise, professionalism and understanding are a tribute to one of the best  technical support services I have ever received.

I just wanted to tell you about the exemplary work done by your staff to help me track down a particularly nasty problem with a Zimbra calendar syncing to a BlackBerry via NotifyLink. For some reason one of our users was seeing multiple instances (dozens of duplicates in some cases) of appointments in her Zimbra calendar and then in the BlackBerry. We thought perhaps the BlackBerry was somehow causing this problem, as our Zimbra provider didn't think their system could be responsible.

Robin, Craig and especially Larry spent several hours between them on the phone with me to troubleshoot this issue.
Larry walked me through wiping the BlackBerry and reloading everything in order to get it back to normal. And while it doesn't look like the problem was with Notify at all (our Zimbra provider is still trying to determine the actual cause), your team was exceptionally helpful and patient. I have seldom experienced this level of support from any provider.

Hi.  My sincere thanks to Nate and Anthony in your Technical Support group for their assistance in setting up my GroupWise calendar and email through NotifyLink on my iPhone.  Anthony set up my account and sent me an email with instructions, and then Nate very patiently walked me through the setup process via phone when I ran into issues.  Nate was great to work, knew his stuff well, and stayed with me until I was up and running.  I very much appreciate his professional help and expertise.

Hi. I just wanted to let you know that I had a really great tech support call with Rick today. He helped me set up Notifylink on my iPhone, which was no small task. As a rule, I never call tech support for any company because it usually leaves me more frustrated than before the call, but where I work everyone says glowing things about your tech support people. Rick went above and beyond--he was very encouraging and friendly, even when we encountered problems--and did not make me feel like an idiot with my new device.

After switching cell phones over the week-end, my NotifyLink software was completely wiped out.  This morning I called Tech Services and reached Miguel who completely assisted me in re-installing NotifyLink on my new BlackBerry BOLD.
Miguel was extremely patient with me and stayed with me during the entire process making sure that the re-install and registering had been completed.Agan, another excellent example of the professional services offered to customers of NotifyLink.

I just wanted to take a few minutes to compliment Bernard Chandler for the fantastic customer service he provided to me last week.  I was trying to set up my e-mail so that I could access it from my i-Phone.  Bernard was so patient about trying to resolve the issue and working through various glitches.  To compound things, I was talking to him from the hospital, where my Mom was a patient and I had to end our phone call at least three times when the doctor or nurses came into her room.  Bernard was so kind and offered to call me back in a little while.  Consequently, Bernard ended up helping me until way past his normal ending time, and the end result was my ability to access the e-mail from my i-Phone.

I am the kind of consumer who will tend to call if I have a complaint or a concern, so I thought it was only fair that I pass along a compliment to you about Bernard Chandler.  He was patient, customer oriented and very willing to assist me.  He is clearly an asset to your organization!
